Hi there, I've a similar problem as Jens but it's just the other way round: I'm also recording with MediaPortal and some of the TS-files contain a German and an English audio stream. MCEBuddy always picks the German audio stream for conversion. I'm just wondering if it is in general possible...

I was having the same problem, because my MCE is the LInksys DMA2200, which only reads WMV3 files, not WMV1 or WMV2. So though I wanted to use MCEBuddy, it unfortunately was useless to me.... though until today I hadn't realized it could also convert to XVID, which the Linksys handles almost as well...

Sparkie I had a quick try of your profile yesterday and it seems to have done the trick, for me at least. No sync issues and the H.264 and AAC stream profiles seem ok, no 706D.
